Jasmeet believes that art, life & health are interconnected. She perfectly blends ancient and modern forms of Yoga using everyday objects and applies them to improve overall health and happiness. Her mission is to give back to society by enriching kids and guiding them to unfold all their hidden potential. Founder of Self Culture, a certified counsellor and an Ayurveda Therapist, Jasmeet has 20+ years of experience as a trainer and connoisseur of multiple forms of yoga. Currently, she curates yoga curriculums for schools and other establishments, conducts yoga teacher training courses and specialises in yoga for children.
Ganeev is the mastermind behind the finances and business details of 3 Art House and holds a master’s degree in finance. An ardent supporter of arts & culture, Ganeev is always on the lookout for budding talent and unmissable events. In her free time, she is on a mission to become the ultimate serial hobbyist. Currently, she is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Since 2012, the space has been a platform to exhibit all things art.
